How does the Claim Checker work?
Upload your claims as a CSV file. DenyZero validates each claim against the top CARC denial codes — eligibility, coding errors, missing auth, duplicate claims, and more. Results come back instantly with specific issues flagged and suggested fixes.
Do I need to submit real patient data?
No. DenyZero currently processes synthetic or de-identified data only. Do not upload files containing real Protected Health Information (PHI) until BAA coverage is in place (Enterprise plan).
What's the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter gives you the Claim Checker and basic denial feedback for up to 500 claims/month. Professional adds payer guideline monitoring (5 major payers), rule gap analysis, automated rule proposals, and priority support — up to 5,000 claims/month.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade from Starter to Professional whenever you're ready. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts. Your founding rate stays locked if you stay subscribed.
